I translated current version "Abiword 2.0.1." into Valencian language, langue
spoken by 2 million people in Valencian Region (Spain). Is recognized by
Valencian Estatute in 7.1 Article.

What I did is changed the file "es-ES.string" into valencian, because I didn't
know how to create a new "va-ES.string". I didn't understand intructions and I
did it "the hard way", sorry...
