So, we're fairly far along here. We have a reasonable
amount of the following classes done:

XAP_App
XAP_Frame
PD_Document
IE_Imp
IE_Exp

I also added a macro called ABICAPI_EXPORT() so that
these functions get exported on platforms that require
__declspec(dllWHATEVER) linkage.
