    Nested Table fixes, Footnote fixes.

    Now nested tables get selected properly. Footnotes get their seperator
    line at the right point and width. Footnotes don't make the originating
    paragraph superscript. Fix crash changing style of footnotes.

    Please note the comment in pd_Style.cpp. No more global
    lets-get-rid-of-case-senstive compares - right?????

    I've fixed this bug 3 times already.

    This should all get backported.
