Fix another endnote bug. Implement cntrl-End to return to reference.

So if the insertion point is in a footnoote or endnote text, pressing
cntrl-End gets you back to just after the footnote or endnote reference.

This key-binding is apparently what MS Word and OOo use.

This should definitely be backported along with the other fixes.
