    Improved rendering of embedded SVG images. Note that there is currently
    NO way to embed actual SVG data into the document, unless you like
    editing abw files by hand. No, not even using Insert->Image->Select a
    SVG grahpic

    This makes HEAD require gtk+ >= 2.2.

    A screenshot can be found at
    http://abiword.snt.utwente.nl/~uwog/svg_support.png , since everyone
    seems to love eyecandy.

    Next on the todo list:
    - allow svg's to be embedded using the gui
    - allow copy-pasting of vector images
    - refactory the current framework. SVG's should _not_ be passed to
    gr_UnixImage for rendering, but instead to gr_VectorImage. With a bit of
    luck, we could make this work cross platform. (does librsvg work on
    OSses != unix?)
