Commit: lots of spell checking changes

    There is no more Pspell. Only Enchant and Ispell.

    I removed the "ignored words" feature from the
    document class. It now (properly) resides inside of
    the SpellChecker classes.

    You'll need to upgrade enchant to the CVS version if
    you use that. Otherwise, you'll have to use Ispell.

    This doesn't seem to break anything. I would watch out
    for platform-specific changes, especially to the
    Options dialog.

    I'll be watching tinderbox. If anything breaks, please
    fix it up as quickly as possible. I apologize in
    advance.
