    This is the Win32Native image pluggin.

    It uses the IPicture interface to add support of BMP, JPEG and GIF image
    formats under Win32 platform. The release version of the plugin is 70Kb.

    It is possible that MinGW hackers need to hack the MakeFile to fix the OS_LIBS
    entry. I have test the pluggin under WinME and Windows XP and it works fine
    for me.

    Please, fell free to hack the code to make any necessary changes that you may
    need.
