    I took me four hours. I already did the paste BMP under win32 a few months
    back and the never published and lost OBDC plugin, then I knew where all the
    stuff was.

    I'll be in favour on making the NativeWin32 pluggin the default win32 one
    (instead of the BMP) and make a candidate build for win32.
