Win32native build problem

    Could anyone enlighten me here (read: make a patch)? There seems to be
    an issue with building the win32native plugins on MinGW.

    Jeremy created the patch for mingw, so it's kinda funny: Any clues

    If this get fixed, I'll upload 2.0.1-2 onto SF.
