(big commit but mostly trivial - basically document title and
author/copyright are store in the documents themselves and not just the
associated .info files; this, and another commit coming to cinemas near
you soon, finally makes it possible for the alternative documentation
I've been playing with to give webpages correct title & copyright...)
o update template to emit creator/copyright and omit in case of FDL
o add author/copyright info to document creator property
