commit: psiconv, another simple fix for doc load problem

    Apparently some Psion word documents use "word.app" instead of
    "Word.app" as their application id string. So I changed psiconv's compare
    to be case insentive (using strcasecmp with a define in config.h.Win32
    setting it to stricmp, so hopefully I didn't break it on other platforms).
    I don't think this will break anything (regarding loading Psion files),
    and makes the psion importer a little more tolerant. Next to look
    into embedded images and sheets. Note sent to psiconv maintainer as well.
