An example for me for this is bug 5047 (footnotes not "smart"). I *want*
to use Abi, but the footnotes misbehave after a few pages for me, so it
is utterly useless to use for creating term papers and things like that.
And so I am *forced* to use OpenOffice.org instead.
This isn't a complaint, but just a confirmation that unreliable features
*do* drive away users (even those who really want to use Abi).
