Try updating the po file and backporting it. Afterward it worked for me
(with the gucharmap, though). Currently, there is no insert stock item,
so we use a custom one.

PS: In Germany, we prefer to use the TUFO style (Text unten, Fullquote
oben) for e-mails, i.e. all the message context is on the top of your
reply because context is important :). Outlook breaks it, though.
