When trying to open a RTF file ending in ".doc", the Text sniffer can get a
higher confidence than the RTF sniffer. This patch for Stable2 will give
some added confidence for RTF if the file ends in ".doc".

This should fix bugs 6588, 6673, 6674 and possibly some others. It should
be forward-ported too, as the issue also occurs in HEAD.
