fp_TextRun.cpp: fixed a bad bug in split() that only showed in bidi
text.

gr_Win32USPGraphics.cpp: several fixes effecting RTL text, mostly
selection drawing; things are getting really nice, check out the doc
attached to 4634 -- it seems the Arabic is now displayed pretty much
as it should be.
