ut_string_class.cpp: fixed crasher in hashcode();

ie_imp_RTF.cpp: doc (seemingly malformed) attached to 5656 no longer
crashes on load.

ap_TopRuler.cpp, ap_Toolbar_Functions.cpp, ap_EditMethod.cpp: fix a
number of crashers when the findPointCoords mechanism fails. This
sometimes happens with bidi text and I am looking into the cause.
This fixes 5656.

fv_View_protected.cpp: tweaked some asserts in the findPointCoords()
chain that made debuging virtually impossible.

as much as possible this should be backported.
