Commit (STABLE): Re: Commit (HEAD): Set parent hwnd on focus notification, fixes bug 954

Backport: When notifying dialog about a new active frame, set the parent
to the proper hwnd. This fixes the main symptom described in bug 954 and
switching between open document windows with a non-modal dialog open
