Commit (ABIMATH): added operator dictionary + attempt with colors + files moved

ATTN: commits on the gtkmathview module as well. Those with a checked
out gtkmathview, update please.

* all the MathView adpater classes have been moved into their own
  dedicated directory: src/af/math
* the GNUmakefiles (and configure.ac) have been updated accordingly
* added the MathView operator dictionary in the fl_DocLayout class.
  The operator dictionary should probably be store in an
application-wide
  way, since it is not affected in any way by a specific document nor
  by the document's layout. However, I preferred putting it in there
  temporarily because 1) I wasn't sure where to put it otherwise and
  2) the fl_DocLayout class has already been modified to accommodate
  dome MathView-specific
* tried to get colors in the formula inherited from the surrounding
  run, but this fails. Added debug message in fp_MathRun which shows
that
  the color there is always black, even when I select the run and turn
  the color to something else. I'm probably missing the right API to do
  this.
