My fault, I forgot to send the commit notice for revision 1.19 of this file. The removal of PD_CURRENTPAGE should be backported to stable.

2.0.10 does not build for me on Win32 with mingw32, because PD_CURRENTPAGE being undefined.
This is already fixed in HEAD ( revision 1.19). Therefore I would ask if it is possible to backport Mikey´s work?
