Commit (HEAD): Fix 6981

Fix 6981: AbiWord does not convert some attributes to UTF-8, corrupting
document.

And one more blocker down. I'll make a similar patch for STABLE. It
can't be the same patch, since it has not all the nice UUID stuff.
