Help pages, etc.

Hello,

There's a bugreport in mandrake's bugzilla about the Help pages:
http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/show_bug.cgi?id=11076

The user has his language set to en_GB.
Help -> Help Contents points to http://www.abisource.com/help/en-
GB/index.html
which is non-existant. Help -> Help index and Search for Help likewise.
About Open Source also points to non-existant page.
Only 3 languages have Help pages available. It might be an idea
to have a webpage for non-existing translations. All the possible
locales could be a symlink to an index.html, which says that the Help
system is not translated to that language, and also links
to the main Help page at http://www.abisource.com/support/

"About GNOME Office" points to the non-existant page http://www.gnome.org/gnome-office/
There were plans to revive that page, but that hasn't happened yet (IIRC). Maybe it should point to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNOME_Office instead in the meantime?
It might be an idea to have a redirection page on abisource.com, so that you can redirect the page at any time, because
even after the webpage is revived, old releases of the software will then still
point to wikipedia...

"Check Version" points to a page telling me "You have a newer version of Abiword".
The reporter claims it's Bad English.
This happens because the latest stable release is 2.0.11, and 2.1.5 (current cooker) is relatively newer. It would be more descriptive as:
"You have a newer version of Abiword then the current stable version 2.0.11. You
probably have a development version."

What do you think?
