switching to SVN

Hi,

Since we are about to branch, can't we take the oportunity to switch
from CVS to SVN ? The advantage are quite numerous, including a better
tree management, and learning curve shoudln't be too hard as SVN
ressemblance with CVS for the user was part of the design goals.
