modified the UT_getEthernetAddress() to dynamically load and unload
the dlls it needs so that we do not need to link against winsock,
snmpapi and netbios dlls.

Modified makefiles except for the MSVC project files. If someone
coulde remove ws2_32.lib, snmpapi.lib and netapi32.lib form the libs
to link against, it would be appreciated.
