- fixed some bugs
- moved some code around
- commented some not working things out
- added stub-implementations for the "new" (oh well, to beos at least ;))
dialogs. Namely FormatFootnotes, FormatFrame, FormatTable , InsertTable,
MergeCells, SplitCells and Stylist

patch.gz contains the fixes, etc. one or two of them are for platform
independent files afair.

newfiles.gz contains the new files (I was told that there is some option to
include them in th diff file,... didn't work... :-/)
