    Martin has previously mentioned that he always starts his documents with a
    title and summary information.

    Personally I go for longer (but not particularly long) more descriptive
    filenames to avoid the need for any additional information and I'd prefer
    to see the file chooser kept simple and uncluttered by default but with
    hidden extras or easy access to a file manager a bit like the Mac OS X
    file chooser.
