A step along the way to having nested tables span pages.
This is by no means finished but now a nested table will break across one
page.
Unnested tables work as before.
Someone recently broke the format table and format frame dialogs. If you
now try to turnoff a border line AbiWord crashes.
I also did a little bit of work on the stylist dialog. This is a just tree
view of the current styles in a non-modal dialog right? I guess the idea
is to make it easier to select style.
How deep do we want the tree to go? What is the idea for grouping styles?
