Remove superfluous XAP_Frame * AP_App::newFrame(AP_App *)
Add XAP_Feature to allow app running without any frame (MacOS X)

The AP_App::newFrame() is useless since it can get the app just by
using this (and that's what is done). XAP_App being a singleton class.

For the XAP_Feature, this allow closing the last frame and still have
the app running. This is a MacOS X UI feature.
