This is beginning of the mechanism for logical screen ordering; it is
basically working but there is no GUI to change to logical view
(anyone interested in playing with this will need to change the 'dom-
dir' property of the <abiword> token to either 'logical-ltr' or
'logical-rtl' using a text editor).
