Well no_NO is a *deprecated version* of nb_NO (not nn_NO)
People speaking Norwegian Nynorsk didn't like the locale for Norwegian
Bokmål being called no (short for norsk/Norwegian) since it wasnt the
only Norwegian language.
Btw, Norway has 3 languages, N. Nynorsk, N. Bokmål and Sami
