Fix bug 6348 and refactor code a little bit to not have to fix it
twice or more.

There is new class: UT_PropVector
Use it instead of UT_Vector to store properties. It provide a few
helper functions. Note: I know that a few other classes may want to use
it.
I don't think it needs to be backported (or even can be).
