New top ruler behavior for tables. (Only the cell to the left of marker is
cha\nged when dragging.)
Fix indent/unindent behaviour to be consistent
Now for indent/unindent for lists. If you have NO selection the whole list
is indented/unindented.
If you have a selection just the selected blocks have their indents changed.
This gives users the power to easily indent/unindent whole lists while
allowing finer control to indent/unindent just what they want.
