Fix page setup insantity on unix.

If you set the page to landscape mode on unix all sorts of weird things
happened. This straightens all those out. Still need to fix printing in
landscape mode though.

Other platforms devels good luck with this. It took me ages to work it all
out. The big cluse is that the PageSize class remeber the value of the
height memeber variable if it's set to landscape mode.
