Commit: bug 7068, hopefully

This hopefully fixes Mitch's Gimp paste bug. I don't
have CVS HEAD Gimp, so I can't test it out properly.
I'm glad he finally got around to posting the copy
buffers to real clipboard instead of just the Gimp's
interal cut buffer.

If this works, it should be backported.
