Basic Text Box importing from MS Word.

Text boxes from MS Word are improted. There sizes are right. Their placements
are right. The correct text appears in the correct text box.

There is lots more to do but this is a good start. We need to supported
positioned images, set the text box properties (like border thickness and
background colour).

Right now there is a superflous <p> inserted at the start of the Text box.

We need to verify that tables inside textbox get imported correctly.

But this isa realy good start and gets us past one more blocker for 2.2
