Could someone suggest to me how I can fix this? I know
exactly what is wrong and where to insert a fix, but not
how.
In the rtf exporter, when it emits the rtf attributes of the
current text, it needs to also get the current PD_Style,
enclose the text in a group starting with {\sN or {\csN, N
being the PD_Style's RTF number in the stylesheet.
I just don't know how to ask for the current text's PD_Style...
