[Patch] MingW with gcc 3.3.3

Hi list.

This is my first post. I successfully built the beast (2.1.2 from CVS)
with only minor patches needed. I used MingW (runtime 3.3 and
Win-API 2.5) and gcc 3.3.3 (MingW-special).

Note: I build w/o Unicode since that seems impossible. Correct
me if I'm wrong.
