(Frodo) Work on the Psion importer
                                                                                
A lot of work has been done; actually, it should be about finished now.
                                                                                
  * Image objects are again supported
  * Doxygen comments (at least, I tried)
  * Many cleanups of the code
  * Use UTF8Strings where appropriate, instead of ByteBufs and GrowBufs
    and other ad-hoc solutions
  * Better checking for broken font and style names
  * Much nicer bullets support
  * Headers and footers support
  * Probably more things that I have forgotten.
                                                                                
You still need Psiconv 0.9.3 to compile this code; there are a few fixes
pending in my CVS archive but none are critical. The Psiconv tree hosted
on AbiSource.com is based on 0.8.3 and is too old. Configure will detect
