The win32 port is now lagging the unix and Cocoa ports by several dialogs.

Win32 needs:

1 A Stylist dialog.
2. A TOC dialog
3. A second tab for the Lists dialog to do text folding.

Are there win32 developers who can do one or more of these jobs?
