refactoring of revisions code:

    * added new functions fl_ContainerLayout::getAP() and
    getSpanAP(); retrieval of PP_AttrProp for layout purposes should
    be made through these functions, as they take care of
    processing the revisions attribute in accordances with the
    settings of the current view.

    * fl_Layout::getAttrProp() and getSpanAttrProp() have a
    different signature reflecting the fact that fl_Layout does not
    have access to the current view.

* fixed up pt_PieceTable::insertStrux() to properly handle
revisions attribute

* fixed pp_AttrProp::getProperties()
