Abi should build inside the Visual Studio .NET 2003 IDE with no complaints using the MSVC71 module. Aiksaurus project is removed from the solution until someone can figure out how to get it working properly.
The ap_Win32App.cpp change should be backported if we want to eventually be able to compile ABI-2-0-0-STABLE under MSVC71.
