Commit (HEAD): fix illegal mem. accesses

WRONG:
1. deleting an item which is stored in a UT_GenericStringMap
2. removing the item from the UT_GenericStringMap

GOOD:
1. removing an item from the UT_GenericStringMap
2. deleting the item
