commit (head): fix justification

Found a bug in fp_Line::justify() which caused single character runs
containing single space to be skipped when distributing the extra
space, leaving the end of line short of the right edge (this probably
only showed with the USP graphics, as the default shaper rarely
produces runs of this type).
