The SDK is really just a set of the include files and import libs;
you can use it on Win95 if you want. The only problem with the SDK is
its size (been down this route before with the usp10.h file). I will
use the dynamic loading as suggested in the KB article tucker found,
which will completely resolve the issue. (Weds are long days for me,
but will try to commit tonight).
