m_bNewParaFlagged is still set to true, so everything else should be
considered as a bug. The problem is that when adding bookmark we don't
really check that.

All of this will go away with my new architecture, I just won't
introduce it before 2.4 development....

This is definitely a case where non regression test should occur.
