Implement Editable Hyperlinks.
Implement "Jump To Hyperlink" in context menu.

So now if you click in a hyperlink you edither:
1. Right click get the context menu, choose "Edit Hyperlinks"
2. Link on the hyperlink toolbar edit the hyperlink
3. Select "insert hyperlink" from the insert menu and edit it.

The text of the current hyperlink is placed in the entry box where you
change change it.

Prior to this if you wanted to change a hyperlink you had to first
delete it then renter it.

While I was at I implemented a "Jump To Hyperlink" entry in the context
menu. This is often easier than double clicking and I guess people would
expect to see it there too.

Cheers

Martin
