Malay (ms-MY) string update

Greetings,

After putting Malay translation under maintenance mode for so long, here
is the update for Malay language. You can find it at
http://sharuzzaman.tripod.com/abiword/ms-my.tar.gz

The Gzip file contains 2 po files, one is for HEAD, and the other for
STABLE. Both named accordingly.

Please download and commit it to CVS.
