Fix segfaults deleting sectionFrame or endFrame struxes
Frame sections are embedded right before block strux. If you press delete
just at the end of the right paragraph you could trigger the delete of the
frame
section start or end struxes whicheventually leads to segfaults and
corrupt docs.
This fix prevents that.
