Fix crash in 6956 Crash deleting hyperlink after inserting a paragraph.
The crash is fixed by disallowing a strux insert at the piecetable level.
A better fix would be to shorten the hyperlink to instead finish just before
the paragraph break. I'll leave that for Tomas who knows how the hyperlink
code works better than me.
