Fix all my pixel and selection dirt bugs.

I can't find any regular selection or pixel dirt bugs now. There are still
problems with highlighting runs when they extend onto the second line. For
some reason we're drawing the highlight in the margin.

I suspect there is something wrong with the fp_Line::clearScreen() methods
here. I'll worry about it later.
