Commit (HEAD): rpm spec fixes

Changes:

* Add "--with gda" option, as GDA is not available on RH9 (<- Note Rui!)
* Disable libAbiGypsython.so, since it doesn't seem to build
* Add missing "?" char which made the spec invalid
